Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not offer exchanges at this time—if you need a different item, please place a new order.
